Because the world needs dreamers and the world needs doers, but above all the world needs dreamers that do.

For Hispanic Millennials there is a cultural and generational tension between dreaming and doing. Culturally, Hispanics are generally dreamers. They live in a society of optimists and wishful thinking leaving much to fate because they believe in “lo que sera sera.” Millennials are doers. They are always hustling to move forward and looking for the next big thing. They are always looking to do good and make a difference. Because of this their culture taught them how to dream, their generation taught them how to do.
